Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once confirmed, post the item back to us. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the item. In some cases, the customer may be responsible for return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Certain items, such as perishables, may not be eligible for return.
